How does it work?

The Joe Mavrinac Community Complex, volunteers and the Kirkland Lake Cross Country Ski Runners work in partnership to provide free use of groomed trails and affordable snowshoe and cross country ski use. Our equipment includes a large variety of classic skis, skate skis, snowshoes, with ski boots sizing from kids size 1 to mens' size 14s.

Pick-up, Wavier Form & ID

You are REQUIRED to fill out a new waiver each winter season and leave a security deposit in the form of a government issued I.D., car keys, $20 cash, or student card at the front desk each time you borrow equipment.

Large group use?

If you are planning to have more than six people in your group we ask that you please call 705-567-5215 and give our front desk staff information on the date, number and time your group will be here. This will ensure we have enough skis or snowshoes available.
